Livaditis Lefteris: He was born in 1962 in Avlida to farmer parents with a tradition of cultivating the land. His love for the land leads him to agricultural studies at the Syngrou Estate in Marousi at the High School level and his contact with the production process since his teenage years. Following the long family tradition in the cultivation of vines and after a continuous success and development in the olive oil sector (he maintains a modern centrifugal olive press), he began planting new vineyards with Greek and French varieties in Ritsona in the early 1990s. In 2005 he created the Petriessa Estate with his friend George Leontaris. As of 2019, the Petriessa winery is in the hands of the Livaditis family.
Kollias Giorgos: He was born in 1970 in Chalkida. He studied Political Science at Panteion University. He worked for a number of years, in sales and marketing positions, His collaboration with the Petriessa Estate began in 2011 and until today he holds the position of Commercial Director.
Akriotou Vasiliki (oenologist): Born in 1969 in Chalkida, studied Oenology at T.E.I. Athens “School of Food & Nutrition Technology”, Department: Oenology – Beverage Technology. He worked for a number of years in large wineries of Central Greece. Her collaboration with KTIMA PETRIESSA begins in 2009, where she has held the position of Oenologist and Head of the Quality Control department since then. At the same time, it has created its own micro-winery in Plataies of Viotia and maintains its own oenological laboratory in the area.
Hadziioannou Pepi: He was born in Chalkida in 1972. He studied at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She worked for a number of years as a Customer Service manager in large wineries in Central Greece. She has been working at Petriessa Estate as a customer manager since 2018.
Barsakis Argyris: Having worked in large wineries in the region in the production process, since 2020 he has been working at the Petriessa Estate as a production manager.
