Black Koundoura – Merlot

It has a bright red color with crimson highlights.
Aromas of cherry and gooseberry that reveal its youthful character.
Mouth intense with crisp acidity, soft tannins and pleasant aftertaste.
Destemming, absence of press, pre-fermentation cryo-extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. The wine stays for 2 months on its lees with periodic stirring.
Aging in the bottle for at least 4 months.
Excellent combination with pizza with prosciutto, burger, pot beef and spaghetti amatriciana.
