Soft lemon-green colour.
Pronounced nose intensity of citrus fruit (grapefruit Ð lime), white peach, pear, lemon blossom and hints of minerality.
Fruity palate with sharp acidity and aromas of white fruit, citrus, rose and mineral aromas of stone and steel.
Cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 16oC and filtration.
Short maceration on fine less.
It ideally accompanies salads, appetizers and the first courses of a meal. It is harmoniously combined with vegetable pies, cheese crepes, pasta with seafood and grilled fish.
