Sweet Habit Red Semi-sweet
Bright violet color of medium intensity with a rosy hue.
The nose is lively and intense with aromas of black cherries and blackberries with hints of plum, menesse and dried herbs.
The mouth is medium-bodied with moderate acidity and soft, round tannins – all in harmony. The aftertaste is of moderate intensity.
Fermentation extraction for 3 – 6 hours at 14oC. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16oC. The vinification of each variety takes place separately in stainless steel tanks and in controlled temperature conditions of 16-17oC.
Short maturation on fine lees.
It accompanies light meals cooked with red sauce, while it is also served as an aperitif with fruit.
