Sweet Habit White Semi-sweet

Color soft, white yellow with green highlights.
Complex nose with fresh floral characters dominating. This is followed by notes of lemon peel and aromas of tropical fruits such as avocado.
The mouth is characterized by a complete balance between sweetness and acidity with citrus aromas predominating.
The vinification of each variety takes place separately in stainless steel tanks and in controlled temperature conditions of 16-17oC. Fermentations are stopped by cooling the fermented must leaving residual sugars in the wine.
Short maturation on fine lees.
It accompanies light meals, while it is also served as an aperitif with fruit.
